Ashiatsu Bar Therapy

(ashi means foot and atsu means pressure)

Sometimes referred to as barefoot Shiatsu, Ashiatsu is an ancient form of eastern bodywork using the bare feet gliding over the contours of the client’s body. Ashiatsu is recognized by the American Medical Association, and known to improve posture, relieve pain and stress, increase blood circulation, and provide an incredibly deep massage, all while still being gentle. This treatment will induce deep relaxation, relieve tight muscles and stimulate the body’s own self-healing capabilities.
